She seems to be the VOC [Village of Cambridge] consigliere, a cool cat who can make things happen. She has everyone's ear and is a player in all the really big deals involving the families finances.

In July 2009, a formal investigation of the 2/6s, code-named "Operation Deep Sea Delight" resulted in multiple house arrests. High-ranking members of the 2/6s, including "J" and Gary "Pappa", are currently locked into 3-4 hours of nappping and are only able to communicate with their associates, through methods which range from tapping in code on the TV clicker and sending IM's from laptops.

2/6s Build Themselves To Be The Most Powerful

2/6's gang is building themselves to be the most powerful gang in the world. Riding at the top of the gang is  leader, Sally 'J' Jones.  Gary "Papa" is 'J's Chapter President and it's no surprise he naps close to the gang's leader.  2/6= 26 letter in the alphabet, the letter Z.

In early 2009  in the VOC, the 2/6's had claimed Madison Street as their territory-the move would put them on the Hell's Angels radar.  The 2/6's show their power in a very public way.  Over time, they'll shape their times and affected the neighborhood that they control.
